We want every SMTH. item to feel right. If the product does not fit, contact us and we will help arrange an exchange or return according to the current policy.
RETURN CONDITIONS
The item must be new, unused, with tags and original packaging. Hygiene categories may have additional restrictions required by law.
HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE
Send us your order number, the item you want to exchange and the reason. We will confirm the details and provide the shipping information.
REFUNDS
After receiving and checking the returned item, the refund is made using the same method that was used for payment.
